Job description: Job SummaryDuties & Responsibilities:
- Grill and prepare various meat products to perfection.
- Season and marinate meats according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain grilling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
- Assist customers by taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grilling station and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with stock management and report shortages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a griller, cook, or in a butchery setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of different meat cuts and grilling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
