Job description: This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who enjoys engaging with people and has a passion for the beauty industry.
The Student Recruitment Representative will educate, inspire and advise on course offerings and admission criteria, helping prospects achieve their career goals.
They will achieve this by promoting the Academy brand by building relationships with top feeder schools as directed and generating a direct marketing / personal selling database by presenting to high school learners at various schools and events allocated to their region, and beyond. The Student Recruitment Representative will also create promotional events on and off campus, to generate leads and salesKey Responsibilities
- Relationship management: Relationship marketing with key stakeholders: Schools, parents and prospects.
- Promotion: Database and lead generation of suitable candidates according to set targets.
- Sales: Lead conversion to student enrollments according to set targets.
- Administrative: Customer Relationship Management on the EMC system, tracking pipeline activities.
- Event Organisation: Initiate, organize and attend events such as open days, school talks, and industry trade shows.
Required Minimum Education/Qualification · A Matric Certificate
· A Somatology, Health & Skin Care, or Beauty Therapy qualification
· Willingness and ability to travel extensively for recruitment activities – driver’s license essential
- At least three years experience in a similar or sales & marketing role
- Fully bilingual – Afrikaans & English due to client base
