Job description: We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager; we strive to provide stellar dining experiences and who can who can oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high food standards. The restaurant manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. With professionalism and a positive attitude, they will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurants, as well as the long-term success of our employees.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations
- Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback
- Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs
- Communicate with diners and mitigate potential conflicts
- Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies
- Maintain weekly and monthly payroll for staff
Candidate Requirements:

- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in computer systems, with experience using POS systems.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Energetic, with a high level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- Customer service-driven, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- This job requires some one willing to work late shifts only
- Own reliable transport will be beneficial.
