Job description: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Practitioner to assess a candidates skills, experience, relevant knowledge and compare the candidate to internal company job requirements. As a Talent Acquisition Practitioner, one is required to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.Key performance Areas:

Experience:– 4 Years experience in recruitment– Previous experience with bulk recruitment– Experience with engaging and servicing stakeholdersQualifications:– Matric– Relevant HR qualificationKnowledge and Skills:– Basic understanding of the HR value chain– Have a general knowledge regarding FAIS requirements, this includes debarment, DOFA and fit and proper requirements– Effective verbal and written communication skills– Good listening skills– Effective problem solving abilities– Excellent interpersonal skillsPLEASE NOTE: If you have not received a repky within two weeks of applying,please consider your application unsuccessful.
