- Provide information about gym services and membership options.
- Issue invoices to clients promptly and accurately.
- Assist potential clients with inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Guide clients through membership sign-up processes.
- Ensure the reception area and common areas of the gym are clean and well-maintained.
- Respond to emails daily, addressing client inquiries and internal communications.
- Handover of clients’ information for collections as required.
- Load new members’ contracts into the system and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in scheduling staff working rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
- Address and solve problems as they arise to ensure a positive client experience.
- Receive tasks from the director and report on progress and completion.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness.
