As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive client care, adhering to the highest standards. The successful candidate will possess a solid educational background, significant practical experience, and a commitment to excellence in the wellness industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized and group Pilates sessions, focusing on Mat and Reformer techniques.
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and fitness goals.
- Incorporate EMS and general fitness training into sessions where applicable to enhance client results.
- Monitor and assess client progress, providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming studio environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and certifications to deliver cutting-edge training.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification in Mat and Reformer Pilates (required).
- Knowledge or certification in EMS training (Electro Muscle Stimulation) (advantageous).
- Experience with general fitness workouts and program development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to health and wellness.
