-First point of contact for queries via telephone and email.
– Handling general queries.
– Receiving clients at the Satori Health Centre Pretoria.
– Managing bookings and diaries for 6 practitioners.
– Purchasing office supplies. Valid drivers license and own vehicle is a definite requirement.
– Managing and coordinating practice maintenance.– A highly efficient problem solver and quick thinker.
– Loves the multi-tasking and administrative responsibilities of managing multiple practitioners’ diaries.
– Functions well under pressure.
– Organized.
– Function independently and as a team.
– Willingness to learn.
– Bilingual.
– Computer literate (Google Workspace).
– Patient.
– Good telephone etiquette.
– Excellent technological skills – experience with Google Workspace advantageous.
Expected salary: R8000 – 9500 per month
