- Provide excellent preparation and presentation of food.
- Receive stock, GRV, capture stock
- Overseeing Health & Hygiene compliance
- Meticulous in stock issuing
- Balance par levels
- Meticulous in packing stock and stock rotation
- Admin functions
- Daily food & beverage consumption reporting
- Food and beverage ordering
- Supervision of deliveries and stock counts
- Reconciliation of monthly food costs
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A formal qualification
- Cheffing experience and excellent food knowledge
- Experience with stock control / stock rotation / order / procurement
- Sound health & hygiene experience or qualifications
- Be able to assist with food preparation
- Brilliant on forms/checklists/routine admin duties
