- Manage programs
- Labour sourcing and scheduling
- Scrutinize project specification and conduct pre-contract meetings
- Conduct weekly progress meetings
- Waterproofing teams work schedule
- Ensure all workers times are registered daily and correctly
- Give monthly time sheets to HR for payment
Cost Management
- Control and reduction of costs
- Manage project budgets
- Material control costs
- Ensure all invoicing is done and all purchase invoices are loaded on system
Communication Management
- Client meetings
- Conduct project Progress meetings
Project Management
- Control of all projects, directing staff
- Duration and completion of projects
- Signing off on all projects
- Health & Safety is in place
Overall Management Duties
- Perform roof observations and surveys for providing quotes to clients
- Support all technical aspects of Roofing and Waterproofing Management.
- Preparation of specifications, scope of work and bid documents.
- Handle pre-job meetings, roof surveys, budget estimates, customer presentations, and contract preparation.
- Attend job meetings with contractors, architects, building owners, consultants.
- Oversee the Roofing and Waterproofing membranes application process by attending job starts and monthly reviews and job meetings and document field installation reports for the duration of the project. Help to resolve installation problems and issues.
- Work with Team Leaders to manage project documentation, billings and change orders to insure timely and accurate payment from clients.
- Management and Support of waterproofing teams.
- Maintain close contact with region technical personnel as needed to insure quality installations and timely inspections.
- Review all daily reports and confirm corrective action quickly.
- Maintain, organize and update project files on daily basis.
- Act as the liaison between the applicator and client during the installation process.
- Communicate and report to the CEO concerning progress, issues, problems, needs, etc, as required.
- Conduct final inspections with clients for technical acceptance for warranty.
- Meet with maintenance personnel and or building owners to review maintenance items.
- Follow all company policies, including environmental and safety policies.
- Other tasks as directed by CEO.
