A creative studio that specializes in digital media, offering services such as graphic design, video production, branding, and multimedia content creation is currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to permanently join their growing team. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.Duties:
- Oversee the preparation and management of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews, identifying cost-saving opportunities and areas for growth.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & skills:
- A CA(SA) qualification is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Experience in the gambling or gaming industry is highly preferred.
