- Staff Development: Train and manage banqueting staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure all systems and standards are current and consistently deliver top-tier results.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrable success in managing banqueting operations, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
- Personal Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
