- Oversee all aspects of the Service Department and workshop.
- Manage staff, finances, and departmental performance.
- Drive profitability through effective financial controls.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled team.
- Handle administration and reporting tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Workshop or Service Manager.
- Previous experience in a corporate branded dealership as an Assistant Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or Foreman.
- Strong management, leadership, and target-driven skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 qualification is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and solid administration skills.
