Strong technical understanding of transport regulations, permits, and vehicle compliance.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and transport management systems.
Strong communication skills to liaise with government officials, drivers, and internal teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling logistical challenges.Ensure all trips are properly documented, legally compliant, and efficiently executed.
Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate records, process permits, manage documentation, and ensure all paperwork is correctly filed and accessible.
Permit Management: Secure trip-specific permits, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements while minimizing unnecessary costs.
Government & Escort Coordination: Arrange for government escorts where required and ensure all necessary approvals are in place before departure.
Driver & License Verification: Confirm drivers have valid and up-to-date licenses suitable for their assigned routes and vehicle types.
Technical Compliance: Ensure trucks meet roadworthiness standards, weight regulations, and toll gate requirements.
Regulatory Adherence: Stay up to date with transport laws, restrictions, and compliance requirements to avoid penalties or disruptions.
Problem-Solving & Forward Planning: Anticipate potential logistical issues and proactively implement solutions to avoid delays or non-compliance.
Expected salary: R25000 – 35000 per month
