Job Title: Short-Term Insurance Broker (Salaried)

Job description: Responsibilities:
- Sales of new policies, with a minimum target of R3,500.00 commission per month (approximately 10 policies).
- Servicing, maintenance, and reviews of clients on our existing book (50 clients).
- No need to source own leads; an inbound call centre handles cold calling and books new sales appointments.
- Managing an administrative assistant who will assist with quotations and servicing requests.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum NQF 4 in short-term insurance or relevant financial qualification (minimum 120 credits). Candidates still completing their qualification within their DOFA date will also be considered.
- RE 5 (non-negotiable).
- Personal and commercial class of business, if registered as a representative after 2017.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal and commercial lines.
- Knowledge of the FAIS, FICA, and POPI acts.
Salary:
- Maximum of R30,000.00 CTC, with offers based on current salary, experience, qualifications, and skill sets.
- Commission on new business sales only, paid once off based on commission received from the insurance company.
