Job description: Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years in sales administration, preferably within the renewable energy or engineering sectors
- Excel and PowerPoint intermediate
- Detail orientated
- Excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Solution Analysis:
- Analyse customer data to determine the most suitable photovoltaic (PV) solar solutions, tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Liaise with municipalities and Eskom to obtain essential data required for customer energy analyses.
- Conduct data analysis to present clients with the best possible solar energy options, optimizing both performance and cost effectiveness.
Sales Process Management:
- Process and compile information received from the sales team, ensuring accuracy through quality control practices.
- Input customer information into the CRM system as part of the initial steps in the sales cycle.
- Communicate with customers to obtain authorization for data collection, ensuring compliance and trust in our processes.
Proposal & Financial Preparation:
- Prepare financial modules for potential clients, including detailed cost breakdowns, ROI calculations, and payback period estimates.
- Create custom, data driven proposals that reflect each customer’s unique needs and objectives.
- Assemble all analyses and departmental inputs into a professional presentation format for client review.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain up to date and accurate sales records, documentation, and CRM entries.
- Adhere to project timelines, meeting deadlines for proposal submissions and follow up tasks to ensure smooth client interactions and workflow efficiency.
