Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with tools like Aroflo, Dialpad, Google Maps, and email platforms, or you’re eager to learn them quickly.
Organized Under Pressure: You’re calm and collected, even when juggling multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.Duties and Responsibilities:
As the go-to Service Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our operations run like clockwork. Here’s a look at what your day-to-day will involve:Scheduling Wizardry: Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for our team of skilled technicians, ensuring jobs are assigned efficiently.
Precision Work Order Management: Keep work orders updated and organized, maintaining accuracy in all job-related details.
Communication Champion: Act as the bridge between plumbers, customers, and suppliers to coordinate schedules, share job updates, and maintain excellent relationships.
Quick Thinker: Solve on-the-spot challenges with confidence and creativity to keep everything running smoothly.
