Job description: We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role based in Brackenfell, Western Cape.Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- BTech QS or BSc QS (or in process)
- 2+ years relevant experience (high-end residential market preferred)
- Good computer literacy on MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Valid drivers
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Sourcing of quotations
- Assisting with tenders
- Measurements from plans
- General office administration
