Job description: To provide a general administrative function for the relevant Section, managerial and technical staff
Key Responsibility Areas
- Maintains an efficient telephonic communication service for the Section.
- Maintains electronic and physical correspondence filing and distribution systems.
- Provides typing and data capture services to the staff of the Section.
- Provides support to Engineer with administration of finance and documentation thereof.
- Maintains an electronic and physical records of time sheets, leave and sick leave.
- Administers and maintains the staff attendance register.
- Responsible for maintaining an uninterrupted scanning and profiling document management
system for the branch.
- Organises, convenes and caters for information sharing/public awareness workshops for
Government Bodies, industry, the private sector and staff.
- Manages the Sections diaries and organises meetings for staff and external bodies.

Essential Requirements

- 3 years relevant experience
