Job description: Marketing, Communications Manager – Somerset WestFull job descriptionMarketing (with NPO experience)Part time position (08H00 – 13H00 weekdays, flexible), available some weekends and evenings for events.Job responsibilitiesDesign, write and manage the distribution of email/online newsletters, donor reports and donor thank you letters/correspondence.Maintain and update donor database and donation receiptsManage and design the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters as neededManage all social media platforms (writing articles, stories, photographs, campaigns)Manage campaigns using social media or other avenuesSet up fundraising campaigns on GivenGain or any other fundraising platforms.Attend events and activations to market the organisationAll correspondence relating to the Anna FoundationRequirements:Degree in social studies, languages or marketingExcellent written and verbal English language skillsSocial media marketing experience and knowledge of best practices.Good time management skillsPassion for children and NGO specific workWillingness to travel and work after hours when events require thisAbility to work well within a small teamJob Types: Part-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: R12 000,00 – R15 000,00 per monthExpected hours: 25 per week
