Job description: Junior MechanicR10 000 R15 000A niche sport vehicle rental company in Cape Town is seeking a junior mechanic to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of these sport vehicles to join there team. This is a exciting opportunity for someone to work on collectable cars.Job Duties:
- Vehicle rental reservations and bookings
- Maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles
- Assisting customers with vehicle selection and rental agreements
- Handling administrative tasks related to vehicle rentals
- Processing payments and managing rental contracts
- Ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Certificate or diploma in vehicle maintenance or diploma in automotive repair would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Proven experience in a automotive repair/maintenance workshop
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Working Conditions:This role involves working in a fast-paced automotive environment, interacting with customers and handling administrative tasks. The working hours may include weekends and public holidays.
Expected salary: R10000 – 15000 per month
