Job description: Seeking a Junior and a more Senior Bookkeeper in Johannesburg South.An Accounting firm is currently seeking 2x Bookkeepers to join their finance team close to Johannesburg South.Duties:
- Up to Trial Balance
- Working to trial balance for clients – PAYE
- Statutory requirements – client and portfolio.
- Multiple industries – Accounting and statutory exp
- Capturing of Creditors Invoices.
- Bank transactions
- Updating Cash books.
- Assisting with audit tasks
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Matric required
- Accounting Diploma
- 1 – 2 or 3- 5 Years’+ experience in a similar role
- Experience Pastel, Sage online, Quickbooks, SARS Easyfile, SARS EFiling, CIPC, Workmens compensation, and Biz Portal.
- Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
