Our client in the Financial sector is looking for a Financial Manager CA(SA), with 3- 5 post articles
Salary: R900k – R110kPOSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Oversee head office finance Department
- Month-end / Year end close
- Monthly management accounts
- Oversee payroll function
- Group cashflow management
- Annual review of group policy and procedures
- Oversee financial statements preparation for head office companies (x23 entities)
- Prepare group consolidation
- Prepare group consolidated AFS
- Apply IFRS standards to group companies and corporate transactions
- Manage / preparation of all taxes for head office companies
- Manage and resolve SARS queries
- Monthly reporting on tax affairs
- Review monthly management accounts and present summaries of key items to management
- Assist with corporate activity from time to time
- Preparation and implementation of annual budgets
- Monthly reviews analysis against budgets
