Job description: Job SummaryResponsibilities1. Real-time Bookkeeper & Accounting
- Assist with client liaison.
- Completion of IRP501 and IRP 05.
- Ensure that VAT and PAYE claims are submitted to SARS timely.
- Submission of reports on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that claims are submitted on time in order to avoid penalties.
2. Payroll & Taxation
- Attend to client queries.
- Assisting in the resolution of past queries.
- Maintaining client database.
- Follow up on outstanding debtors.
- Ensure that deadlines are adhered to by the client and employee
- submitting to SARS.
- Capturing of receipts, returns, and assessments.
3. Accounting functions
- Preparations of financial statements.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Addressing and liaising with clients’ accounting-related matters.
- Assistance with capital raising of clients.
- Business diagnostics & Financial Coaching.
4.
