Job description: Job Summary An upmarket Restaurant in Bryanston is seeking a General Restaurant Manager with at least 8 years of experience in Restaurant management, including 5 years in a GM role. The ideal candidate should possess strong operations management skills and be able to oversee all aspects of the Restaurant operation. Fluency in English is a must, along with a history of loyalty and positive references. Proficiency in cash up reconciliation, stock management, and opening & closing procedures is required. Candidates with a solid understanding of Restaurant administration and financials will be given preference. The successful applicant should be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed, capable of working under pressure and leading a team effectively. Strong customer relations, staff management, and training skills are essential. The salary range is 30 – 40 K gross.
