- Relevant Hospitality qualifications
- Restaurant industry experience (Essential)
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a high end restaurant environment and at least 5 years F&B management- Essential
- Not Negotiable Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the role of a Restaurant General Manager
- 4/5 Star Restaurant experience
- Extensive computer experience and proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Relevant Operating knowledge of variance and how to work and correct it.
- Experience with hospitality related computer software systems Front and Back end of house.
- Experience in hospitality industry standards and procedures
- Comfortable with financial reporting, and monitoring performance against budgets
- Stock control is not negotiable
Description
- Achieve or exceed financial targets
- Comply with all relevant management reporting processes
- Manage all the financial procedures of the restaurant
- Manage the restaurants stock levels to required standards
- Control and manage food costs and ensure that stipulated cost of sales are achieved
- Operations & customer care
- Ensure all operational standards are implemented in the restaurant as required by Owner
- Comply with all relevant checklists and evaluations as set out by Owners
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage the recruitment process for all vacancies that arise
- Ensure adherence to company’s disciplinary code and procedures

- R40k -R45k and incentives based on performance.
