Job description: About the job Medical Practice Manager (Botha’s Hill/Hillcrest)We are seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of a medical practice, ensuring it runs efficiently while enabling healthcare professionals to focus on patient care.RESPONSIBILITIES * General practice management running the full aspects of the daily operations of the medical practice.
- Stock management stock taking, stock rotation, pricing, negotiating and ordering.
- Customer/patient management ensuring that all patients are correctly cared for and their cases and accounts are well managed.
- Staff management including hiring, managing staff, staff development and performance and roster planning.
- Cost reduction ensuring that the business runs according to strict budgets and avoiding wastage, investigating and initiating cost saving measures and practising good financial oversight.
REQUIREMENTS * Grade 12
- Five + years experience as a Medical Practice Manager with hands on experience on each of the five responsibilities listed above (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in business or financial management (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in medical or nursing (an added advantage)
- Have an interest in integrative and or functional medicine
RUMUNERATIONR20,000 Per Month
Expected salary: R20000 per month
