Emporium Human Capital is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical OTC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our wide range of Pharmaceutical and Over-the-Counter (OTC) products to pharmacies throughout the region.
Purpose:
The primary goal for the Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical OTC is to effectively promote and sell the company’s Pharmaceutical and OTC Business Unit Products to pharmacies, driving regional and divisional targets.
Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce or Science.

Experience:
- Minimum of two years experience as a Pharmaceutical or FMCG Sales Representative.

Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience in both independent and corporate pharmacies.
- A demonstrable track record in self-medication and FMCG markets.

Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Sales Target Achievement:
- The Professional Sales Representative must consistently achieve individual, regional, and divisional sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers.

Market Opportunity Identification:
- Identify new market opportunities for product introductions and potential growth areas for the business.

Strategy Implementation:
- Successfully implement sales and marketing strategies.

Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Analyze regional sales data, competitor activities, and market trends. Assist in developing strategies and action plans to maximize sales potential in the respective area.
- Customer Service:
- Respond professionally and adequately to customer complaints and queries.
