Key responsibility
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers providing personalized styling advice and offering elevated shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieving monthly sales targets, both individual and store targets
- Taking full ownership and accountability for all stock management and minimizing stock losses due to shoplifters and through accurate stocktaking (twice daily) and inventory control
- Merchandizing and maintaining standards set out by the company including regular replenishment of stock, visual merchandizing displays, and adherence to weekly brand guidelines
