Job description: Job Summary Retail Store Manager (JB4924) Pretoria, Gauteng R45 000 – R50 000 CTC per month Medical Aid Provident Fund Permanent Seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee all aspects of the store’s operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving financial targets, and maintaining operational excellence. Minimum Requirements: A completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous) 5 or more years of experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment Strong leadership and matrix management skills Technologically adept with the ability to quickly adapt to and work with innovative technology solutions Proven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Experience in compiling performance reports Solid understanding of retail operations Eager and flexible to work across various store locations throughout Pretoria.
