Job description: Job Summary This is a store based finance manager position in a multinational retail group set to handle operations and take care of the full finance function of the business relating to the specific division.As an operational finance manager you will be responsible for controlling, managing and evaluating the finance support function including policies and procedures for the store.
This role requires an understanding of systems that relate to and affect the stores, as well as the ability to identify potential opportunties to enhance the current systems and procedures.This role comprises of consolidations, budgets, forecasts, team management and front end stock managementJob Skills and Requirements:
- Completed BCom Degree
- 3-5 years operational finance management experience in the retail/ FMCG industry
- Critical judgement and decision making skills
- Strong customer service skills.
