Strong competencies in general front of house operations, bar management, and floor supervision are essential. Key responsibilities will include managing customer relations, overseeing waitstaff, and ensuring smooth operations on the restaurant floor. The ability to perform under pressure, think quickly, and thrive in a bustling environment is crucial. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of stock control and fundamental bar management practices. Experience in a high-end atmosphere is a must.
