Job description: Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:
- Property Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned retail properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Leasing and Renewals: Oversee leasing processes, including negotiating leases, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage property budgets, including operating expenses, rent collection, and financial reporting. Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about trends and developments in the retail property sector. Provide recommendations for property improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies. Handle any legal issues or disputes related to property management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong focus on retail properties.
- Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of retail property management practices and market trends.
