The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:Manufacture of conforming products: Ensured the production of high-quality products within the specified cost, time, and manpower requirementsStaff management: managed a team of employeesProduction planning and schedulingProcess optimization: Monitored and controlled production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize rejects/reworks, aiming to maintain an Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) above 70%Budget management: Manage production budgets and controlled production costs to ensure efficient resource allocationCompliance with food safety and quality standards: Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
