- Expertise in insurance claims, Audatex estimating, and SAMBRA/RMI compliance.
- Ability to work closely with franchisor to ensure franchise standards and smooth operations.
- Financial acumen to manage costs and improve shop profitability.
- Experience dealing with insurance companies, brokers, and customer service.
