Conduct inspections to prevent downtime and ensure prompt fault resolution
Complete job cards and scheduled maintenance accurately
Utilize systems like Pragma, ISO9001, NOS, and WCM to maintain standards
Support equipment installations, modifications, and repairs
Ensure safety compliance, maintain procedures, and uphold housekeeping standards
Train and guide team members while ensuring quality work
Assist with machine setups, programming, and be available for shifts, overtime, and calloutsSkills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years working experience a manufacturing factory plant environment
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
Team player with good communication abilities
Brush filling experiencing is advantageous
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Focused on continuous improvement and plant safety
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
Good time management and punctualityQualification:
Matric
