- Minimum 5 years’ restaurant experience with at least one year as Manager
- Barista experience beneficial.
- Own reliable transport is required.
- Fluent in English, understands Afrikaans.
- Vibrant personality.
- Lead Cafe operations – hospitality, building relationships & trust.
- Customer focused attitude – Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere – customers have a wonderful experience & are invited back.
- Has leadership & operational skills.
- Strong in administration.
- Actively monitor beverage & food quality.
- Promotes team work – Staff are motivated & daily checklists are completed.
