Job description: Job SummaryJob title: BOH Operations ManagerOur client is seeking a highly skilled Back of House (BOH) Operations Manager to lead essential functions across production, yield management, and wholesale operations. This role will play a vital part in optimizing production processes and overseeing procurement, stock management, and warehousing. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, is tech-savvy, and possesses proven people management skills. With an upcoming system implementation, our client is looking for someone experienced in cross-functional operations and ready to contribute immediately.Key Responsibilities:
- Production and Yield Management: Streamline production processes, focusing on maximizing efficiency and improving yield.
- Wholesale Production: Oversee wholesale production operations, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Cost/Product Engineering: Collaborate on cost analysis and product engineering to enhance profitability.
- Procurement and Basket Reviews: Act as the Buyer, managing procurement processes and performing regular basket reviews.
- Warehousing and Stock Transfers: Coordinate inventory management, warehousing, and seamless stock transfers.
- Waste Management: Implement systems to track and minimize waste effectively.
- System Implementation: Provide critical support in an upcoming system implementation, ensuring all operational areas align with new processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong background in production, procurement, and warehousing.
- Analytical and tech-savvy, with the ability to interpret data to drive efficiency.
- Proven expertise in managing BOH operations, including production and cost optimization.
- Excellent people management skills with experience in leading teams.
