Job description: Job Summary Account Manager (JB4964) Durban, KwaZulu Natal R8 000 – R14 000 CTC per month + fuel, phone allowance, laptop Permanent Kontak Recruitment seeks an Account Manager for a premium FMCG client offering groceries, dairy, and artisanal goods. The role involves managing accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and enhancing brand visibility. Requirements: Matric; sales/marketing qualification preferred Valid driver’s license and own vehicle FMCG sales experience (dairy/food products preferred) Retail and wholesale market knowledge Proficient in MS Office; CRM familiarity advantageous Willing to travel locally and inter-province Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets through strategic plans Build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and food services Enhance product placement and brand visibility Conduct in-store visits (e.g., Pick n Pay, Spar) and manage POS materials Monitor trends, provide insights, and report performance metrics.
