Job description: Job Summary Our client in Automotive Manufacturing is hiring for a Quality Team Leader to oversee day-to-day quality activities in the production process. You will ensure adherence to specified quality standards and inspection frequencies, playing a crucial role in maintaining product integrity. The successful candidates will be required to travel to Thailand for training and as such will require a valid passport. Relevant Higher Certificate in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields ISO certification PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Relevant Diploma in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields Report quality incidents and non-conformances Conduct shopfloor patrols and quality inspections Mentor and train team members on quality standards Manage non-conformance materials and implement hold labels Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives Maintain daily quality KPI reporting Support 4M Changes (Man, M/C, Method, and Material) Participate in process audits and resolve discrepancies Implement and uphold ISO and ITAF standards If you’re passionate about quality assurance, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, apply now to join our dedicated team and drive excellence in automotive manufacturing!
