Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years Production experience within the Automotive Manufacturing or Metal Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years must be in a Managerial capacity
- Managerial experience in a Unionised environment with a proven track record in managing a large staff compliment
- Minimum NQF Level 6 | Bachelor’s Degree in
or National Diploma in Production Management or related field is required * Strong knowledge of Welding Processes essential
- Proficiency in MS Office and Production Management Systems
- Ability to drive problem-solving initiatives using PDCA | DMAIC | 8D and A3 Methodologies
- Solid knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Techniques essential
- High level of Integrity | Accountability and Decision-making
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary of R 60 000, negotiable based on experience
