Job description: Job Summary Our client located in Mount Edgecombe are seeking an experienced production administrator to join their growing team. Job Purpose: The Scheduling Administrator will play a key role in coordinating production schedules and ensuring the availability of materials required for efficient manufacturing processes. This individual will support the production planning team by assisting with scheduling, tracking inventory, maintaining order timelines, and communicating effectively with suppliers and internal departments to support smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities: Production Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules. Collaborate with the Production Manager to prioritize work orders and manage resource allocation. Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production schedules, work orders, and inventory levels in the company’s ERP or scheduling system. Create and distribute daily or weekly reports on production progress and material status. Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline scheduling and material planning. Expected salary: R18200 – 24600 per month
