Job description: Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues with precision and efficiency
Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and complete detailed job cards accurately
Execute and enhance scheduled maintenance while assisting with equipment installations and repairs
Uphold strict safety standards and contribute to the development of safety procedures
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while ensuring excellent housekeeping practices
Effectively utilize management systems such as Pragma, ISO9001, NOSA, WCM, and others to support operationsSkills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing factory plant environment
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical abilities
Experience in brush filling is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and safety practices
A collaborative team player with effective communication and time management skills
Self-driven, improvement-oriented, and flexible to work overtime or on weekends when requiredQualification:
