Analyzing and managing cost data for facility condition assessments, offering expert consulting on cost-effective solutions
Performing accurate quantity take-offs for cost estimates and bills of quantities, ensuring alignment with project specifications
Preparing detailed cost reports with insights and recommendations for cost control and budget optimization
Advising clients on cost implications, procurement strategies, and value engineering to improve project outcomesSkills & Experience:
Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a consulting environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, using data analysis to deliver cost-effective consulting solutions
Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations, advising clients on compliance and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, offering actionable insights to resolve complex cost-related issues
Eager to develop under mentorship, while contributing valuable consulting expertise to project success
Familiar with WinQS and DimensionX (or CostX) software, enhancing cost estimation and project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong consulting relationships with clients and teams
Able to work independently and collaboratively, providing input and supporting consulting efforts within a teamQualification:
