Planning and Workload Management: Efficiently plan workload and release kits for a smooth production run. This involves coordinating resources, identifying workload capacities, and prioritizing tasks to ensure schedules are met.

Guidance and Supervision: Directly oversee operators and supervise them to meet company standards. Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Scheduling and Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers to map out production schedules and assess achievable volumes, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
