Job description: Job Summary You will be required to complete a general technical test pinpoint your skill level. Minimum Requirements and Personal Attributes: Basic working knowledge of PC and Apple hardware, software, networking, peripherals, Internet setup, email setup and associated basic troubleshooting. Good client liaison skills – experience working with clients face to face and telephonically. Neat, presentable and organised – in appearance and within the work environment. Attention to detail. Ability to work unsupervised. Punctual and reliable. Hard working and willing to learn. Must reside in Cape Town. Drivers license is essential. Technical Requirements: ISP Helpdesk Services – Fibre, Wireless and ADSL troubleshooting Knowledge of Mikrotik Router OS, Ubiquiti as well as Cisco switches an advantage. IT Help desk support skills – Internet trouble shooting (Min 1 year experience) Web hosting / Email Trouble Shooting (Min 1 year experience) Setup of WAN routers such as ADSL routers, Fibre routers as well as the ability to troubleshoot such devices essential. Setup of Wireless access points (Not limited to TP Link, D-Link, Unifi, Reyee etc.) Linux experience is a big advantage.
Expected salary: R6000 per month
