Job description: CNC Laser Operator – Jhb Full job descriptionJob Profile TIND-84-FOR REV-2POSITION DEPARTMENT REPORTS TOLaser Operator -> Manufacturing -> Operations Manager.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE (E – Essential D – Desirable) CAREER PATH1 – Matric N3 or Equivalent (E)2 – 3 years CNC setting and operating experience – BYSTRONIC (E)3 – Minimum of 2 years experience in production bending (E)4 – Reading of engineering drawings (E)ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY / KPAs KPIs1 – Setting up for laser cutting production.2 – Ensuring satisfactory production and quality.3 – Able to work under minimum supervision.4 – Ensuring machine in good working condition.5 – Use of overhead crane for moving 5 tons and less.6 – Basic problem solving.7 – Working as part of team.8 – Basic Housekeeping and 5s.9 – Working under safe operating conditions.10 – Daily/Weekly reporting.Job Type: Full-timePay: R20 000,00 – R30 000,00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:CNC Laser: 3 years (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred)Day Shift (Preferred)
