- Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with project stakeholders and ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects align with both local and international standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical drawings and specifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology.
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in civil infrastructure design, especially in roads, storm water, sewer, and water systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Civil Designer software.
- Certifications: Professional registration (e.g., ECSA) is advantageous.
- Core Competencies: Problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
