Job description: Job Summary Our company in the automotive engineering is looking for a young, dynamic go-getter that is experienced in general administration. The role entails taking initiative and dedicated attention to details, to ensure smooth operations within the company. The successful candidate will have the following minimum criteria: Grade 12 Relevant certificates and/or qualifications will be advantageous Extreme attention to details Administrative Fleet management Administration on insurance claims Front office duties Checking and reconciliation of time sheets Administrative assistance in contracts with customers Administrative responsibility of Health and Safety Strong Computer Literacy Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word Experience working on an ERP system and software with production and inventory will be very advantageous. Friendly, strong personality that functions well in fast paced environment, that gets along easily with colleagues. Good with multi-function, working independently and taking responsibility for own tasks and duties. Also important the ability to work well within a team.
Expected salary: R12000 per month
