Job Description: Customer Training Support Consultant (POS 24063)
As a Training and Customer Support Consultant, you will serve as a key intermediary between our company and the customers, providing essential training and support services. Your main objective will be to ensure successful implementation and usage of our systems by the clientele, thereby enhancing user satisfaction and operational optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Training Management and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive training plans tailored to the distinct needs of each customer.
- Effectively collaborate with clients to schedule and conduct training projects, ensuring successful completion and user proficiency.
- Provide systematic training to customers, covering all necessary aspects of the system functionalities and features.
- Offer continuous feedback and updates on training progress to internal and external stakeholders, aiming to maintain transparency and efficiency.

Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, offering prompt resolution to issues and recommending viable solutions.
- Guide users through the intricacies of system functionalities, fostering an understanding that allows for independent usage.
- Assist customers in data preparation and system uploads, facilitating a seamless transition to new platforms.
- Coordination and Reporting:

Essential Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred; alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience is acceptable.
- Prior experience in a training or consulting capacity is necessary, showcasing your ability to effectively communicate complex information.

- Robust skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in various accounting software packages.
