Job description: Our client is looking for a Technical Training Facilitator to deliver comprehensive training and technical support for fire detection, suppression, and control equipment across Sub-Saharan Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering training courses, providing ongoing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training courses on fire detection and suppression systems.
- Ensure training aligns with South African National Standards (SANS), SAQCC, and internal quality standards.
- Provide post-training support and ensure successful field application.
- Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex problems.
- Assist with product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- N3 Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical, Fire Safety, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of technical support experience, preferably in fire detection or control systems.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of fire safety industry standards.
Expected salary: R40000 per month
